Some things happen to you. Some things happen for you

Every opportunity brings new choices,  or is it the other way around? 
The other day I pulled these two out of my kiln and I wasn't overwhelmed with joy, they were ok. So I left them where you basically see them now..... and together they are magic!

The next choice is how to fix them together. .....
